Creation of groups
Different user groups can be created and managed within the receiving unit.
Sample groups can be entire workforces, shifts, or individuals in specific locations.
Definition of risk profiles
Individual alarms, alert chains, emergency contacts, and scenarios can be configured and automated for each group.
Control of assignments
Company devices or wearables can be easily assigned to specific individuals or groups.
RS Personal Alarm can also be used fully anonymously, allowing private devices to be used securely and in compliance with GDPR.
Quick onboarding and securing
QR codes can be generated for different groups via the receiving unit. With a single scan, users are protected in the app and automatically assigned to the correct group, including predefined alert chains and safety configurations.
Coordinated evacuation
In emergency situations, the central alarm enables a clear, structured, and coordinated evacuation. All user groups – regardless of their risk profile – are informed about the situation simultaneously. Instructions and targeted measures can be defined in the receiving unit so that all individuals can respond appropriately and evacuation measures can be carried out efficiently.
Does the receiving unit need to be installed locally?
No. The receiving unit is fully web-based, requires no installation on company-owned systems, and can be configured within a few hours.
Can multiple locations or clients be managed?
Yes. Multiple locations, shifts, or clients can be represented separately through groups and risk profiles.

Of course, all data processing is done purposefully and in accordance with GDPR. The receiving unit is located exclusively on servers in Germany.
