Easy Onboarding
No account, no registration, and no additional login is required. Just scan the QR code, download the app, and be secured immediately.
Through the receiving unit, you can create QR codes for different groups. With just one scan, individuals are automatically assigned to the correct group – including the designated reporting chains and safety concepts.
RS Personal Alarm can be used completely anonymously. Movement data is only temporarily collected, processed securely, and automatically deleted after the app is closed.

GDPR and Hosting in Germany
Of course, all data processing is done purposefully and in accordance with GDPR. The reception unit is hosted exclusively on servers in Germany.

Onboarding and Data
Do visitors need to register in advance?
No. After scanning the QR code and installing the app, visitors are immediately protected – without an account, registration, or login.
How are multiple visitor groups secured differently?
Different QR codes can be generated for different groups via the reception unit. Each group automatically receives the appropriate reporting chain and security profile.
What happens to the data after the event?
Movement data is processed temporarily and encrypted, and is automatically deleted as soon as the app is closed.
