Data Protection and Practice
Can private smartphones of employees also be used?
Yes. RS Personal Alarm can be installed on both private and work smartphones; usage can be completely anonymous, so no personal monitoring takes place.
How are data protection and employee rights maintained during location tracking?
The location is not accessed during normal operation and is only transmitted to authorized persons in case of emergency. Movement data is processed temporarily and encrypted and is automatically deleted after use.
What happens in a danger situation that affects multiple people at the same time?
The central alarm informs all affected user groups simultaneously in this case and initiates defined instructions for coordinated evacuation through the receiving unit.
